UNIC, A NEW CHAPTER IN PARISIAN URBANISM
Emerige is writing a new chapter in Parisian urbanism with a project in the northwest of Paris, in the new eco-neighbourhood in the 17th arrondissement.
In partnership with MAD Architects and Christian Biecher, Emerige is developing a 50-meter-tall real estate complex featuring a succession of hanging terraces inspired by nature, opposite the Martin Luther King park.
The complex, comprising 83 rent-to-own apartments, 48 social housing units, a kindergarten, and several retail spaces, will also house a new metro station on the ground floor, decorated with a contemporary art piece by Tobias Rehberger. This “UNIC” project has the potential to become a Parisian architectural icon and a reference in terms of sustainable development and the reflection on the urban habitat of the future.
